Holiday House

Welcome to our first place.  Christmas is my all time favorite holiday. I love spending time with family and friends and the decorations just make everything feel so cozy. So, I am really late to the game with Christmas house tours, but here is a little piece of our holiday home.

Our First House!!

It's official, we are the proud owners of our first home! I am so excited to get packing and move in. We have been so lucky by having a fantastic realtor, great mortgage broker (let me know if you need a recommendation) and even though there were a few bumps in the road (like the tenants still moving out when we went over to do our pre closing walk through- or leaving stuff in the backyard to pick up in a covert op) we are so pleased with how things turned out. Here's a few pictures to tide you over until we get moving (literally!)....

Can I Get a WAHOOO!!

The house has appraised over our offering price and we close next week! I couldn't be more excited!
